Kim Fausing holds an Engineering degree and MBA.
Kim Fausing has been with Hilti Corporation since 1990, a family-owned company which has its headquarters in Liechtenstein and employs more than 18,000 people worldwide with operations in more than 120 countries. Kim Fausing has held a range of executive positions at Hilti.
He was President and Managing Director of a number of Hilti subsidiaries in charge of its operation in Japan, Austria and Denmark before being appointed Executive Vice President and Member of the Executive Committee in 2003 at the company's headquarters. In this role he was responsible for Fastening and Protection Systems, which has annual sales of approx. 1 billion euros.
Kim Fausing joined Danfoss as President of Danfoss Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Division in May 2007.
